Kevin Mattison
Kevin Mattison is the Youth Director at First Church. He has been privileged to serve as a Youth Pastor in NH, help plant a church in inner city Detroit, and now leads the youth ministry here. He went to Global University and was part of a three-year ministry intern program in inner city Detroit and Fort Wayne, IN. He is passionate about empowering students to become fully devoted Christ-followers in their culture. He loves to help students get involved with what God is doing and helping them to become Christ-followers.
He has been married to his wife, Jenn, for 2 1/2 years and has an awesome dog named Duffer. Their favorite thing to do is drink coffee and hold hands (all the girls can say "aw" now). He loves spending time with his wife, reading books, drinking coffee and playing the guitar...in that order.
