Community Outreach is an essential part of the ministry of First Church. We have formed various partnerships with different downtown community services to help others grow closer to Christ through our actions.    Elementary Schools: At the elementary schools our ministry team members work with kids on homework, math, reading, and other duties as assigned! Teachers and kids both benefit from our presence in the schools.   Butler County Prision: The prison allows us to work one on one with inmates to help them reenter society in a more graceful manner. Many times, our interaction with the inmates is the first they hear of Jesus or begin to understand fully what faith and God are. The prison brings the inmates to us once a week to let us help them understand community resources, for bible study, and to help the inmate understand the detriment of their bad behavior.    Future Partnerships: We are actively looking for new partnerships. We do not want to duplicate what others are already doing but enhance their efforts.    Your Involvement: If you are intersted in more information about our Community Partnerships, or if you are interested in partnering with us in this kind of ministry, please download and complete the form below.
