THIS WEEKEND’S MESSAGE:  GROWING UP
THIS WEEKEND’S SCRIPTURE:  EPHESIANS 4:1-7, 11-16
Every person has been given grace as Jesus has chosen to give it. Through the guidance of spiritual leaders - apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers - all of us are built up and brought to a unity and maturity of faith that results in Christ being fully formed in each of us. The benefit of this is that we are able to stand firm when cultural things suggest truth is found in other places. Rather, because Jesus is being formed more and more in us, we are able to witness to his truth in his way - the way of love - and the more that happens the stronger and more healthy - and more attractive! - the church becomes.
