Small Groups at First Church - 2024

We are so excited that you are here to learn more about the small groups that are offered at First Church! Here are some things you might like to know:

  • Small groups are available throughout the week, as well as during our Wednesday evening time which we call FC Gathering.
  • The FC Gathering is a time for our church family from all of our services to gather together as one during the week to share a meal together, build relationships, and journey together in discipleship through numerous small groups that are offered.
  • Children's Ministry and nursery (up through 4 years old) will also be gathering.
  • Meets from 5:30-7:30pm at our Downtown campus. Dinner is served at 5:30pm and groups meet at 6:30pm.

life recovery group - Led by lisa gill and tyrone Smith

We all have struggles in our lives - struggles with addictions, depression, anxiety, and challenging relationships, just to name a few. We believe that addictions and other problematic behaviors are symptoms of our human condition - attempting to live life apart from God's plan. Our hope by offering this group is to offer Christ-centered assistance and support in order to find freedom from behaviors that sabotage our spiritual and emotional health. Everyone is welcome to attend, no matter their life issue or addiction!
